Access & Hours

QWhere is the shop located?
A7 minutes on foot from Harajuku Station (Omotesando Exit), 1 minute from Cat Street, and 10 minutes from Omotesando Station.
QWhat are your opening hours?
AWe are open 9:00–17:00, every day of the year. Outside-hours appointments may be available for an additional fee — please ask us.
QDo you offer service in foreign languages?
AYes, we have English-speaking staff on site. International guests are always welcome.

Reservations

QHow do I make a reservation?
APlease use the contact form on our website. Reservations by phone or email are also accepted.
QCan I make a same-day reservation?
ASame-day bookings are possible if availability allows. Please contact us.
QCan I visit without a reservation?
AWalk-ins may be possible depending on availability. We recommend booking in advance if you have a specific plan or wish to bring your own kimono.
QCan I make a tentative reservation?
AWe do not accept tentative reservations or holds on rental kimono.

Payment

QWhat payment methods do you accept?
AWe accept credit cards and cash. Card brands accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and Apple Pay.
QWhen do I pay?
APayment is generally required in advance. After your booking is confirmed, we will share payment instructions. Please contact us in advance if you prefer to pay in cash.

Rental

QWhat should I bring?
AYou can come empty-handed. Everything needed for dressing is provided by us.
QWhat is included in the kimono rental?
AA full set rental — from undergarments to accessories — is included. There is nothing you need to bring yourself.
QCan I choose between yukata and kimono?
AYes, you can choose your favourite. (Availability may vary by season.) For busy dates such as fireworks festivals, you can visit in advance to reserve your preferred kimono.
QDo you have men's and children's options?
AYes. We stock kimono for men and children from age 3.
QDo you have different sizes?
AWe carry a wide range of sizes. Please contact us in advance if you have any concerns.
QCan I try on kimono before renting?
AYes, fittings are available. You may try up to 3 kimono per hour free of charge. From the 4th item, a fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) applies per additional kimono. Appointments required — please let us know your preferred date and time.
QCan I rent individual items such as an obi?
AYes. We offer individual rentals for obi (sash), zori (sandals), bags, and other accessories.
QDo you have a kimono catalogue?
AA catalogue is currently in preparation. Please visit our shop to browse the collection in person and choose the kimono that suits you best.

Dressing & Hair Styling

QCan I bring my own kimono to be dressed?
AYes, this is possible.
QHow long does the dressing process take?
ADressing only: approx. 45 min / Dressing + Hair: approx. 90 min / Dressing + Hair + Make-up: approx. 120 min
QIs hair styling included?
AIt depends on the plan. Please check each plan for details.
QCan you cut my hair during the hair styling?
AWe offer hair styling only. Hair cutting is not available.
QIs make-up available?
AYes, full make-up is available as an optional add-on. Please let us know at the time of booking or before your visit.

Returns

QWhat is the return deadline?
AStandard rental hours are 9:00–17:00 on the day of use (last return accepted by 16:30). For the next-day return plan (+¥2,200), items may be returned by noon (12:00) the following day. Returns must be made in person at the shop.

Cancellations

QWhen do cancellation fees apply?
A· 8+ days before: Free
· 7–4 days before: 30% of booking fee
· 3 days before – day prior: 50% of booking fee
· Day of: 100% of booking fee
QIs there a cancellation fee for date changes?
ADate changes with the same booking details incur no cancellation fee. Partial cancellations due to content changes may be subject to fees.

Luggage

QCan I leave my luggage?
AWe can store your bags (excluding valuables). Rolling suitcases are also accepted.
QCan I store valuables?
APlease keep valuables with you at all times.

Other

QWhat happens if the kimono gets dirty?
AMinor soiling from normal use is not a problem. We may discuss additional charges only in cases of significant staining or damage.
QCan I wear kimono while pregnant?
ASafety is our top priority — please consult us before booking.
QDo you offer a professional photography plan?
AYes, we offer professional photography plans. Please contact us at least one week before your desired date.
QCan I visit with international guests?
AAbsolutely. Our multilingual staff are always on hand, so international guests can visit with complete peace of mind.
